Payment by check or money
order will not be shipped until funds have cleared our bank.
Funds must be in US dollars. DO NOT MAIL CASH! Please allow an
additional 10 days for shipping on orders paid by check.
Minnesota Residents please add 7% Sales Tax. Most major credit
cards are accepted through PayPal.
SHIPPING
INFORMATION:
We ship United States Postal
Service Priority Mail. Outside of the United States we ship USPS
Global Priority Mail. Your shipping and handling charges will be
included on your invoice. Once payment has been received and
cleared, please allow up to 10 days for delivery -
depending on item ordered. Shipping times vary. If a rush
order is needed, please contact us at
ladyrogueclothiers@gmail.com and we will make the necessary
arrangements. You will receive a
confirmation when your order ships. If you have a rush
order or have other questions please contact us via
email.
We are not responsible for packages once they leave our
facility. We highly encourage you to purchase Shipping
Insurance.
RETURNS
Returns must include all original packaging and have the tags
attached. Items that have been worn cannot be returned. All
merchandise must be returned within three days of delivery.
Refunds will be given as a merchandise credit only. Defective
merchandise returns or any other type of return will be handled
on an individual basis.
